Answer» What is Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects mean? The CRISP (Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects) system at NIH has been replaced by the RePORT Expenditures and Results (RePORTER) query tool. CRISP was a fully searchable database of biomedical research projects funded by the U.S. government. It covers projects going back to 1972 and records name and abstract of the project, the principal investigator and the involved institution. The database is maintained by the Office of Extramural Research at the National Institutes of Health. To facilitate indexing and searching, CRISP also contains a thesaurus and controlled vocabulary for terms used in biological and medical research. Each project is assigned three keywords from the thesaurus. All users, including the general public, can search through the CRISP interface for scientific concepts or emerging trends and techniques that are covered by federal funding. It can also be used to identify specific projects or investigators that receive, or have received, funding. reference | Full Form | Category | | Cluster of Research Infrastructures for Synergies in Physics | Academic & Science | | Current Research In Social Psychology | Academic & Science | | Community Responding to International Student Programs | Academic & Science | | Center for Research on Interface Structures and Phenomena | Academic & Science | | Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing, and Processing | Academic & Science | | C-language Reduced Instruction Set Processor | Academic & Science | | Computer Retrieval of Information of Scientific Projects | Accounts and Finance | | Complete, Repeatable, Informative, Schedulable, and Portable | Business | | Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects | Business | | Community Residents In Service to People | Community | | Chesapeake Regional Information Systems for Our Patients | Community | | Community Resource and Instructor Support Program | Community | | Concerned Responsible Individuals to Support Picatinny | Community | | Community Resilience In Somerset Project | Community | | Connect, Request, Invite, Set, and Pursue | Community | | Child Related Income Support Program | Community | | Computer Registration Involving Student Participation | Computing | | Cryptographic Reduced Instruction Set Processor | Computing | | Continuous Readiness in Information Security Program | Computing | | Courage Respect Integrity Simplicity Performance | General | | Collaboration Responsibility Inquiry Service Perseverance | General | | Coral Reef Initiative for the South Pacific | General | | Capital Region Intersection Safety Partnership | General | | Construction Research and Innovation Strategy Panel | General | | Community Research In Sustainable Permaculture | General | | Central Rodent Investigation of Sinister Practices | General | | Counter-Revolutionary Intercepting Strategic Positions | Governmental | | Computerised Rural Information Systems Project | Indian Ministry of Rural Development | | Cross Registry Internet Service Protocol | Internet | | Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients | Medical | | Counter-revolutionary Integrated Surveillance Patrols | Military and Defence | | Conflict Resolution Infiltration Support Personnel | Military and Defence | | Chartercross Registry Information Service Protocol | Networking | | Caching and Replication for Internet Service Performance | Networking | | Cross Registry Information Service Protocol | Networking | | Computer Resources Integrated Support Plan | Space Science |
