ENRC was formed in 1994, listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2006 delisted after a near six-year spell in November 2013. A secondary listing and subsequent de-listing also took place on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. ENRC is now fully owned by ERG (Eurasian Resources Group), a private natural resources company headquartered in Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
