The New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) is a non-profit circus school based in Brattleboro, Vermont. As of 2016, the School reported 6,000 students.

Originally in the Old Cotton Mill, in Brattleboro, the school moved into a new custom-built facility at 10 Town Crier Dr in 2017, which includes an 8,600 square foot Trapezium. The new facility required a 2.5 million dollar capital campaign, and was designed by Turner Brooks Architects. The school had been growing continuously since its inception in 2007. The school was founded by Serenity Smith Forchion and Elsie Smith.

The New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) offers people of all ages and abilities a unique opportunity to experience the magical & captivating world of circus arts. Here, in a welcoming, safe environment, recreational and professional students alike can explore the charms and challenges of circus arts and gain a solid foundation of techniques and skills across a broad spectrum of traditional circus forms as well as 'new circus,' aerial dance and physical theater.

For ages 1 ½ through adult, NECCA offers camps, workshops, year round classes for beginners through advanced learners. The new Trapezium houses an Olympic-size trampoline, foam pit and indoor flying trapeze. Offerings include hand balancing, contortion, Chinese Pole, German and cyr wheel, flying trapeze, static and dance trapeze, acrobatics, tramp wall, tumbling, aerial sling, corde lisse, clowning, juggling, wire and stilt walking, parkour, and more with opportunities for private lessons and residency.

The ProTrack program was the first in the United States, designed to train professional students for a career in circus arts.
