The Mouvement des entreprises de France (MEDEF), or the Movement of the Enterprises of France, is the largest employer federation in France. Established in 1998, it replaced the Conseil national du patronat Français (CNPF), or the "National Council of the French Employers", which was founded in 1946.

It has more than 750,000 member firms, 90 percent of them being small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with fewer than 50 employees. MEDEF is engaged in lobbying at local, regional, national, and EU-wide levels.

Every year, MEDEF International organises a number of delegations of French business leaders with tangible projects to targeted countries, especially developing countries. OnTrack was a suburban rail line that operated in Syracuse, New York, from 1994 to 2008. During much of its operation, Syracuse was the smallest city in the United States to have regional train service. The line ran from the Carousel Center (today's Destiny USA) on the city's north side via Armory Square and Syracuse University to Colvin Street, with summer weekend service south to Jamesville, mainly using 1950s-era diesel railcars.

The line was the result of a public-private partnership between the state of New York, Onondaga County and the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway (NYSW), a Class II regional freight carrier. The NYSW received tax breaks and grants in exchange for operating passenger service on the Syracuse line. Although OnTrack was initially successful, ridership declined and was ultimately discontinued due to inadequate rush hour service, poor publicity and failure to connect to Syracuse's Amtrak and intercity bus routes.

In recent years, there have been proposals to complete the line and restart passenger service, potentially as a light rail system.

Middle East Business Aviation Association or MEBAA, is a non-profit corporation based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Association, established in 2006 and as of this writing, represents 185 members. The Association is set up to provide an effective communication between Middle East business aviation operators and suppliers, and governments of the region, business leaders and the media, on matters concerning and affecting business aviation. Key objectives of the Association are to enhance safety, security, efficiency and acceptance of business aviation in the region through communication and ongoing dialogue. Membership groups include operators, suppliers and affiliates.
