Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) is a US military training program designated to educate service members and to provide support and treatment for their families who have experienced any form of sexual assault. The SAPR program provides treatment and support including, medical, counseling, and direct guidance in navigating through the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). This program runs in accordance with United States Department of Defense Instruction 6495.02 – SAPR program procedures. Generally anyone who is entitled to receive care at a military treatment facility is also eligible to receive care and support through SAPR.Each branch of the military (DoD, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard) has adapted the SAPR program and each branch has a SAPR point of contact.

The Social Democratic Party (Tajik: Ҳизби сотсиал-демократии Тоҷикистон Hizbi Sotsial-Demokratii Tojikiston) is a centre-left political party in Tajikistan registered on 20 December 2002 and led by Rahmatullo Zoirov. The party is opposed to the authoritarian government led by the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan.

The history of the party's creation dates back to 18 March 1998, when the future members of the SDP established Tajikistan's Party of Justice and Progress. The party was registered on 9 February 1999, only to be suspended on 2 September 1999, which prevented it from participation in the Tajik Presidential Election. The party was eventually registered under its current name on 20 December 2002.

The results at legislative elections, 27 February and 13 March 2005, are not available. One of the main opposition parties of Tajikistan, they boycotted both the 2006 and 2013 presidential elections.

Vietnam (Vietnamese: Việt Nam, [vîət nāːm] (listen)), officially the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, is a country in Southeast Asia. Vietnam was inhabited as early as the Paleolithic age. The first known Vietnamese nation during the first millennium BC centred on the Red River Delta, located in modern day northern Vietnam. The Han dynasty annexed and put the Vietnamese under Chinese rule from 111 BC, until the first independent imperial dynasty emerged in 939. Successive imperial dynasties absorbed Chinese influences through Confucianism and Buddhism, and expanded southward to the Mekong Delta. The Nguyễn—the last imperial dynasty—fell to French colonisation in 1887. Following the August Revolution, the nationalist Viet Minh under the leadership of communist revolutionary Ho Chi Minh proclaimed independence from France in 1945.

Vietnam went through prolonged warfare through the 20th century. After World War II, France returned to reclaim colonial power in the First Indochina War, from which Vietnam emerged victorious in 1954. The Vietnam War began shortly after, during which the nation was divided into communist North supported by the Soviet Union and China, and anti-communist South supported by the United States. Upon North Vietnamese victory in 1975, Vietnam reunified as a unitary socialist state under the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1976.
