The National Congress of British West Africa (NCBWA), founded in 1917, was one of the earliest nationalist organizations in West Africa, and one of the earliest formal organizations working toward African emancipation. It was largely composed of an educated elite in the Gold Coast, who felt under threat from the incorporation of 'traditional authorities' in the colonial system. The cofounders included Thomas Hutton-Mills, Sr., the first President, and J. E. Casely Hayford, the first Vice-President. Other co-founders and early officials included Edward Francis Small, F. V. Nanka-Bruce, A. B. Quartey-Papafio, Henry van Hien, A. Sawyerr and Kobina Sekyi.

The New Cairo British International School (NCBIS; Arabic: المدرسة البريطانية الدولية بالقاهرة الجديدة‎) is a British International school in New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt.

It was established in 1978 by a group of parents, most of whom were connected with the World Health Organization (WHO). The school has operated since that time as a "not-for-profit organisation" under the auspices of the Heliopolis Society for the Cultural and Social Care of English Speaking Foreigners ('The Society'), and is managed through a board of directors "elected" from amongst the parent community.

Haʼil (Arabic: حَائِل‎ Hāʼil) is a city in north-western Saudi Arabia. It is the capital and largest city of Ha'il Region, with a population of about 605,930 (2018)

Haʼil is largely agricultural, with significant grain, date, and fruit production. A large percentage of the kingdom's wheat production comes from Haʼil Province, where the area to the northeast, 60 to 100 km (37 to 62 miles) away, consists of irrigated gardens. Historically, Haʼil derived its wealth from being on the camel caravan route of the Hajj. Haʼil is well known by the generosity of its people in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world as it is the place where Hatim al-Tai lived. Al Hazm or al-Hazm (Arabic: الحزم‎) is the principal town of Al Jawf Governorate and Al Hazm District in Yemen. It is located northwest of the city of Marib and southeast of Saada. In the late 1980s a highway was built through Al Hazm, leading to Baraqish and Ma'in to the south to Marib. Yemen was reported by OPEC to have received a $5m loan for the road project on May 11, 1987. It is served by Al Hazm Airport. On March 1, 2020, the city was captured by the Houthis during the 2020 al-Jawf offensive.

The New Brunswick Southern Railway Company Limited (reporting mark NBSR) is a 131.7 mi (212.0 km) Canadian short line railway owned by the New Brunswick Railway Company Limited, a holding company that is part of "Irving Transportation Services", a division within the industrial conglomerate J.D. Irving Limited.

Together with its sister company Eastern Maine Railway (reporting mark EMRY), NBSR and EMRY form a continuous 189.5 mi (305.0 km) main line connecting Saint John, New Brunswick, with Brownville Junction, Maine. NBSR also operates an additional 41.7 mi (67.1 km) of branch lines in New Brunswick.

The New Britain Museum of American Art is an art museum in New Britain, Connecticut. Founded in 1903, it is the first museum in the country dedicated to American art.

A total of 72,000 visits were made to the museum in the year ending June 30, 2009, and another 16,000 visits were made to the museum's satellite gallery at TheatreWorks in Hartford, Connecticut.
