The Alabama and Gulf Coast Railway (reporting mark AGR) is a Class II railroad owned by Genesee & Wyoming. It operates 348 miles (560 km) of track from the Pensacola, Florida export terminals, west of downtown, north to Columbus, Mississippi, with trackage rights along BNSF Railway to Amory, Mississippi. A branch uses trackage rights along Norfolk Southern from Kimbrough, Alabama west and south to Mobile, Alabama, with separate trackage at the end of the line in Mobile.

The Alamo Gulf Coast Railroad (reporting mark AGCR) is a short-line railroad headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. It is a subsidiary of Martin Marietta Materials, a spinoff of Lockheed Martin., and began operation in 1996.

The AGCR operates on about 6.75 miles (10.86 km) of trackage within the Martin Marietta Beckmann Quarry in San Antonio, Texas. The AGCR moves limestone and aggregates within the Backmann Quarry to form trains for the Union Pacific Railroad to haul out. Industrial operations are not normally considered railroads, but the AGCR is because before the closure of the northern end of the quarry and the construction of The RIM shopping center, it served two lumberyards near Camp Bullis Rd. when it previously leased the Union Pacific Camp Stanley Industrial Lead Subdivision from mile post 15 to mile post 22.54. What was the Camp Stanley Industrial lead now ends at the edge of the quarry property about 3⁄4 mile (1.2 km) from where it began, and has since had its ownership turned over to the AGCR. The Kerrville Subdivision was originally built in 1890 by the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railway, and went all the way through Boerne to Kerrville. It was later owned by the Southern Pacific Railroad, who abandoned the line past Leon Springs. After that, the line past 1604 became known as the Camp Stanley Industrial Lead because the line went just far enough out to serve the warehouses at Camp Stanley.

LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) is part of the Canadian licensing regime for life insurance sales people. Before an advisor in the financial services sector is allowed to begin selling life insurance products, they must complete and pass LLQP, and earn a certificate of completion. Once the certification exam is completed, and criminal records checks are submitted, applicants may apply to their provincial insurance council to write the licensing exam. Once the provincial exam is completed and passed, the applicant may complete the requirements to apply for a license to sell life insurance, accident and sickness products, and life insurance related investment products like Segregated funds and annuities. The LLQP exam certificate is valid in all provinces and territories except Quebec, which uses a separate system altogether.

LLQP is an entry level program. In order to become eligible to work for many companies, such as Freedom 55 and Sun Life, a candidate must first complete and pass the LLQP. Upon completion of the LLQP, it is possible for the candidate to apply to write the provincial certification exam, successful completion of which will allow the candidate to apply for a certificate (often known as a license) to sell life insurance and related products, such as annuities and segregated funds.
