Huế (Vietnamese: [hwě] (listen)) is the capital of Thừa Thiên Huế Province in central Vietnam and was the capital of Đàng Trong from 1738 to 1775 and of the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. The city served as the administrative capital for the Nguyen dynasty, and later functioned as the administrative capital of the protectorate of Annam during the French Indochina period.

The city's economy is primarily built around tourism, as it contains one of the few UNESCO designated sites in Vietnam, the Complex of Hué Monuments being a tourist attraction, alongside its moat and thick stone walls. The complex encompasses the Imperial City, with palaces and shrines; the Forbidden Purple City, once the emperor's home; and a replica of the Royal Theater. Levski (Bulgarian: Левски [ˈlɛfski]) is a town in central northern Bulgaria, an administrative center of the homonymous Levski Municipality in the very southeast of Pleven Province. It is located in the valley of the Osam River and was called Karağaç (Turkish for "black elm") during the Ottoman rule of Bulgaria and until 1897, when it was renamed after the Bulgarian national hero Vasil Levski. The then-village was proclaimed a town in 1945, reportedly the first to become one after World War II in Bulgaria. As of March 2015, it had a population of 10,811 inhabitants.

Levski municipality is taking the territory of 414 sq m. in the area of the Danube plain.

Da Lat (also written as Dalat, Vietnamese: Đà Lạt; Vietnamese pronunciation: [ɗâː làːt] (listen)), is the capital of Lâm Đồng Province and the largest city of the Central Highlands region in Vietnam. The city is located 1,500 m (4,900 ft) above sea level on the Langbian Plateau. Da Lat is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Vietnam.

Da Lat's specific sights are pine woods and twisting roads full of marigold (Vietnamese: hoa dã quỳ) and mimosa blossom in the winter. The city's temperate weather stands in contrast to Vietnam's otherwise tropical climate that no other city in the country has. Mist covering the valleys almost year-round leads to its name "City of Eternal Spring".

Dobrich (Bulgarian: Добрич [ˈdɔbrit͡ʃ]; Romanian: Dobrici or Bazargic) is the 9th most populated city in Bulgaria, the administrative centre of Dobrich Province and the capital of the region of Southern Dobrudzha.
